We respect your privacy.  We will never give, sell or disclose your personal information to anyone else.  Any information you give to Litmus Productions will be held with the utmost care and will not be used by any other company or entity.                                                
 

Refunds & Cancellations

Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is sent from our office.  We try to send orders out within two days of receiving them, however please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Contact us if you have not received your goods within 21 days of ordering.                                          

You are entitled to a refund or exchange if the products you've bought are:

• Faulty
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you
• Not doing what they're supposed to do

When you buy you should choose carefully.                                                 
You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
